We believe in total transparency. DelhiRun does NOT collect or request access to any of the following:

💾 3. Local Data Storage & Gameplay State
To provide a continuous gameplay experience, DelhiRun saves small amounts of non-personal game state data locally on your device in the application’s sandboxed private storage directory:
- Player High Scores: Best distance achieved and run statistics.
- Air Tokens & Credits: In-game virtual tokens collected during runs used to unlock cosmetic runner outfits.
- Audio Preferences: Sound effect (SFX) and background music volume levels.
- Selected Character: Your chosen runner skin preference.
This information remains strictly on your device. It is never synced to external cloud databases or shared with third parties.
⚙ 4. Device Permissions
DelhiRun only requests the minimum necessary permissions required for gameplay interaction:
android.permission.VIBRATE— Used exclusively to provide haptic feedback when the runner jumps, slides, hits obstacles, or triggers power-up shields. You can disable vibration at any time via your device system settings.
The game does not require sensitive permissions such as camera, contacts, phone state, or background location.

DelhiRun is a family-friendly game intended for general audiences of all ages. Because the game does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding children’s data.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures.

DelhiRun is built on the open-source Godot Engine. The game binary distributed via Google Play uses standard Google Play Services provided by Android for basic operating system integration, app integrity verification, and automatic updates.

Because all gameplay data is kept locally on your phone, you have 100% control over your data at all times. You can delete all game progress, scores, and preferences at any moment by:
- Opening your device Settings → Apps & notifications → DelhiRun → Storage & cache → Clear Storage (Clear Data).
- Or by simply uninstalling the application from your device.
Uninstalling the application immediately and irreversibly removes all local game files from your phone.

We are committed to ensuring that the application is secure. The game binary is officially signed with a secure 2048-bit cryptographic certificate and compiled using modern Android SDK 36 guidelines, protecting against code tampering and ensuring safe execution within Android’s sandboxed application environment.
